Currently accepting soccer, track/field, football, basketball, baseball/softball, golf, cheerleading, & hockey athletes!
1:1 and small group training that is tailored to your goals and sport. Athletes can expect a hybrid session with lift & field work to improve strength & speed/agility. Recommended 2-3x/week for optimal results.
Unable to train with us in person? Get to work with our pre-made sport specific programs and train anywhere in the world! Each program includes 12-week progressions that focus on strength & speed for your sport/position.
Need a strength coach? Looking for someone to lead a team training camp? ATHELITE can serve as a private strength & conditioning coach for your team's lift program or design & facilitate weekly speed/skill camps.
Tired of waiting for equipment at your local gym or want to work on some skills without spectators? Reserve your own gym time and have access to our weight room, turf, TV/Music and A/C and workout like an MVP!
Virtual Training Options
Located outside of Southern California and want access to our tested and proven lift program that has transformed all of our athletes? Our programs are now available online! Our strength training platform is accessible on your smart phone, tablet, or computer. Each program is custom tailored to compliment your current periodization & training schedule. Please note, you will want to have access to basic gym equipment (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bench, etc.), we will take care of everything else!
Whether you are in the off-season or pre-season, we will provide you with sport/position specific lifts to ensure you stay at the top of your game. All you need is access to basic gym equipment. Program duration and intensity will vary based on sport.
Mobility is key and we believe it is one of the most under-implemented elements in youth strength programs. To promote long-term success & injury-free seasons, we add mobility into every lift to ensure you body continues to move efficiently & pain free
