DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Absolutely not. A proper diet and nutrition plan is an essential part of your success formula. If you are struggling to eat a balanced and nutritious diet or are interested in learning more about fueling your training protocol, we would be happy to walk you through various nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle and goals.

WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING DO YOU OFFER?

We work with athletes of all calibers and backgrounds by offering strength, speed, performance, recovery, and "back to play" training. Most of our clients come to us for 1:1 training, however we offer small group (2-9 athletes) and team training (10+ athletes) as well. 

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Trainers at your local gyms typically hold basic certifications that cater to your average weight loss client. At ATHELITE, our trainers are not only certified and trained Sports Performance Training Specialists, but they are former athletes who understand what it takes to be a high-level competitor. Our protocols are designed by Danny Donadio who has a Bachelors in Kinesiology and over half a dozen certifications specializing in youth & sport performance development and training. Our trainers also participate regularly in continuing education opportunities and workshops to stay ahead of the game and learn from leaders in the industry.
