Meet Coach Donadio

Growing up, I didn't always have the best coaches or resources. If I made a mistake or didn't understand what was being asked of me, they never stopped to explain "why". Through my career as an athlete and as coach, I fell in love with understanding the game and learning why we do the things we do. Once I understood the why, I became a better athlete. Once I understood the importance of a scientifically designed Strength & Conditioning program, I became a better coach and trainer. 

I grew up playing soccer, hockey, track/field, and football. I continued with my football & track career at Agoura Hills High School where I played Wide Receiver and Outside Linebacker and competed as a sprinter. After high school, I had earned the opportunity to play football on a full athletic scholarship for Humboldt State.​

In 2013, I graduated from Humboldt State with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Coaching. In addition to my degree, I also hold certifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Youth Sport Performance, Exercise Enhancement and Golf Conditioning. I've been coaching and training athletes for over 10+ seasons.


Today, I am the Varsity Wide Receivers Coach, JV Offensive Coordinator & Strength & Conditioning Coach for Simi Valley High School's football program and a board member for the Valley Viper Youth Football & Cheer program.

Meet Coach Sydney

I grew up in a small town and sports were one of the only ways we could fill up our afternoons after school. From softball and soccer to cheerleading and cross country, I've dabbled in everything our town had to offer. 

When I entered high school, I fell in love with cheerleading and the physical challenges it presented from tumbling to stunting and became obsessed with becoming a physically stronger athlete. My freshman year, I was invited to become an UCA Ambassador and quickly rose through the ranks to become Captain and continued to cheer in college. I've been involved with the sport ever since and have coached youth, high school & college teams to regional and national championship titles. Today, I am the Cheer Director & Head Coach for the Valley Viper's Cheer program.

In 2014, I graduated from Humboldt State with a degree in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Youth Sport Programming. In addition to my degree, I also hold certifications in Personal Training, strength training for women, and functional exercise.
