1:1 TRAINING

It's all about YOU! Each session is custom tailored to your goals, sport and needs. You will have 1:1 attention from one of our trainers who will lead you through your customized program.

Ideal for youth athletes who need 1:1 attention or beginners who want to improve their basic skills.

SMALL GROUP

Grab a few teammates and lets get to work. Small group sessions are great for all athletes of similar position or ability to complete a circuit based program designed specifically for the group's sport. Small Group Sessions are designed for 3-8 athletes and can focus on strength, speed, or skill.

SPEED CAMPS

We host Speed Camps during school holidays year-round to serve all athletes who are looking to improve their agility, running form, acceleration, change of direction, and speed. We are also available to host team speed trainings anytime throughout the year for 10 or more athletes.

VIRTUAL

Want to train with us but don't live in the area? We got you covered! Sign-up for our Virtual Training program and get custom tailored workouts delivered to your own private training calendar that you can access on any smart device. Programs are aligned with your goals and sport in mind to help you reach your goals.
